Subscription, Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

Last updated: July 2026

$30.00 USD per month, plus applicable tax. Charged immediately and automatically each month until canceled. No free trial.

1. Membership and monthly renewal

You authorize Pshichenko Enterprises Inc. to charge $30.00 USD, plus applicable tax, immediately and automatically each month on your signup-date billing cycle until you cancel. There is no trial. Cancel online at any time; unless a full refund is issued, access continues through the paid period.

The membership is for one customer account and normal personal study use. There is no setup fee, annual plan, subscription pause, plan switching, coupon, or promotion-code program at launch.

2. Payment processing and taxes

Stripe processes payments, invoices, receipts, and stored payment methods. Pshichenko Enterprises Inc. does not store complete payment-card numbers on its servers. Applicable tax may be added after the customer’s billing location is collected and the configured tax treatment is confirmed.

3. Easy online cancellation

Cancel online from your account through the Stripe-hosted billing portal. Normal cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.

A signed-in customer can select Cancel membership on the Account page to open the direct Stripe-hosted cancellation flow. Customers who cannot access their account may contact support@passthecslb.com for another timely cancellation method.

4. Refunds

The first subscription payment is eligible for a full refund when requested within seven calendar days. Duplicate or erroneous charges are corrected. Renewal refunds are reviewed case by case. There are no automatic prorated refunds. Any refund required by law remains available. A full refund ends member access immediately.

To request a refund, contact support@passthecslb.com with the account email and enough information to identify the charge. Do not send full card details. An approved full refund for the current paid period ends paid access immediately. A later refund or adjustment for an older subscription or billing period does not revoke access supplied by a separate, later payment.

5. Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe may retry it. Pass The CSLB may provide a temporary seven-day access grace period while the customer updates the payment method. Access ends when the grace period expires, Stripe marks the subscription unpaid or canceled, or a full refund is issued.

If a bank requires additional authentication, member access begins or continues only according to Stripe's confirmed subscription state. Pass The CSLB sends a transactional notice when Stripe reports that customer action is required.

6. Payment disputes and chargebacks

Contact support@passthecslb.com first when practical so a duplicate, erroneous, or unrecognized charge can be investigated quickly. This request does not limit any right to contact a card issuer. Member access remains unchanged while a card dispute is open. If the issuer finally resolves a dispute against Pshichenko Enterprises Inc. for the payment supporting the current membership period, access supplied by that payment ends. A won dispute or a dispute concerning only an older subscription does not revoke access supplied by a separate current payment.

7. Price or material term changes

Customers will receive a retainable notice and cancellation instructions before a material change. A change to an existing recurring fee will be sent at least 7 days and no more than 30 days before it takes effect, unless a different period is required by then-applicable law. A customer will not be silently moved to another plan.

8. Annual reminder

Active customers receive an annual reminder identifying the service, the monthly charge and frequency, and how to cancel.
